North Texas Operations

Cimmarron has a significant presence in the northern portion of the Fort Worth Basin.

  • Approximately 300 miles of natural gas gathering lines in Wise, Montague, Denton, Grayson and Cooke counties, Texas and 220 miles of pipeline that extends from the Fort Worth Basin to a point south of Abilene, Texas.
  • Significant construction of new facilities currently underway.
  • 60 wells currently attached with approximately 60 additional wells awaiting hook-up pending completion of same.
  • 3,000 horsepower of compression and two CO2 extraction plants in operation.
  • Deliveries are currently being made to Targa (formerly Dynegy) for processing at their Chico plant and to Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America.  A delivery point to access Oklahoma markets is planned to be activated later this year.
  • Cimmarron has recently reached an agreement to acquire significant additional gathering assets in Montague, Jack, Clay and Wise Counties.
