Cimmarron Acquired by Copano Energy

Cimmarron Gathering, LP is pleased to inform you that we have been acquired by Houston-based Copano Energy, L.L.C., a midstream natural gas gathering company with natural gas gathering, intrastate pipeline and natural gas processing assets in central and eastern Oklahoma and in Texas. Cimmarron's business will be integrated with Copano's Mid-Continent operating subsidiary, ScissorTail Energy, LLC of Tulsa, Oklahoma. ScissorTail's pipeline assets include 3,400 miles of pipe in central and eastern Oklahoma and four processing plants. As a large, well-capitalized public company with a reputation for timely well hook-ups and consistent service, Copano will allow Cimmarron to expand more rapidly and better serve your gathering requirements.
